Diploma requirements

New diplomas

Since 2022, the ENVOZ has combined the animal series ABC and the survival ABC into one diploma, so that it fits the modern way of swimming. For the animal series there is an addition of some survival exercises and for the survival series it is a refinement of the diploma. The goal and the means to achieve the goal have been separated. This makes it possible to make swimming lessons more varied and therefore more fun to achieve the same goal.

Teddy bear

Limited availability

Jump into the water from the side, turn around and grab the edge of the pool.

 

Cover a distance of 5 meters on your stomach using your arms and legs. 

 

Cover a distance of 5 meters on your back using your arms and legs.

 

In at least 0.5 meters deep of water, pick up an object from the bottom, placing the head underwater. 

 

Get out of the pool yourself (the stairs may be used).

Clothing requirements:

Shirt, underwear, shirt, shorts, socks and shoes.

 

With extra clothes:

Jump from the side, swim 50 meters breaststroke and swim 50 meters single backstroke, in between swimming once under a mat and climbing over a mat once.

 

Jump off the side and tread water for 1 minute with both leg techniques (equilateral and unequal).

 

With swimwear:

Jump into the water with a squat jump and swim a 25 meter front crawl or breaststroke. In between you make a (corner) dive where you swim through a hoop without surfacing 3 meters further through the next hoop. 

 

Jump off the shore and swim 100 meters breaststroke, 75 meters

single backstroke and 25 meter back crawl.

Dive into the water and swim 7 meters underwater without surfacing. Remove an object from the bottom (at a depth of 2 meters) and show it above water.

Swim 12.5 meters front crawl.

Clothing requirements:

Shirt, underpants, blouse or T-shirt, shorts, socks and shoes.

With extra clothes:

Swim 25 meters with clothes on.

Start with 12.5 meters on your stomach, turn onto your back with a smooth movement and swim 12.5 meters on your back.

 

With swimwear:

Swim 25 meters on the belly breaststroke or front crawl.

 

Swim 25 meters single backstroke.

 

Swim 25 meters single backstroke half way and tread water for 10 seconds. 

 

Jump into the water with a squat jump and tread water for 30 seconds.

C diploma

Limited availability

Clothing requirements:

Shirt, underwear, long-sleeved shirt, long pants, socks and shoes.

 

With extra clothes:

Jump off the side, then push off from the side and swim 5 meters underwater without surfacing.

 

Jump off the side and float in Mushroom Float Position for 10 seconds.

 

Jump into the water with a squat jump and transport someone in a supine position over 10 meters and reach her/him to the side.

 

Swim 50 meters breaststroke and take off your extra clothes in the water.

 

With swimwear:

Swim 12.5 meters front crawl.

 

Swim 25 meters back crawl and 25 meters compound backstroke.

Swim 10 meters with a ball and then throw the ball 2 meters.

 

Go into the water with a friend and throw the ball to each other 10 times at a distance of 2 meters.

 

Float for 10 seconds and then sink by exhaling.

 

Move 5 meters by prying/sculling on the back.

 

Jump into the water with a starting jump and swim 250 meters with a stroke of your choice.

With extra clothes:

Jump off the shore and swim 25 meters breaststroke. Swim under a mat and then swim 25 meters of single backstroke.

 

Jump off the side and tread water with your legs and/or arms for 1 minute.

 

With swimwear:

Jump off the shore and swim 75 meters breaststroke.

 

Jump into the water with a pencil jump and swim a 25 meter front crawl or breaststroke, interrupted by a (corner) dive through a hoop at a depth of approximately 1 meter.

 

Jump off the shore and swim 25 meters single backstroke and 25 meters back crawl.

 

Swim 7 meters beginner front crawl.
